Do you use sustainable garments?

Our main supplier Earth Positive provides a range of high quality organic, ethical and climate neutral garments.โ€‹ We use Earth Positive garments as standard unless customers request otherwise.

We have also worked with No Sweat who provide vegan, eco-friendly ethical garments by working with trade unions in Bangladesh and donating profits to help sweatshop workers fight for their rights.

How do I get a quote?

If providing your own artwork please attach an image for reference or artwork files to the requirements detailed below.

 

Give as much detail as possible such as garment type, colours, quantities, number of print colours, and your deadline.

We aim to reply to all quote requests within 24 hours.

Do I get a mockup before printing?

Yes, before starting printing we will provide you with a mockup of your artwork on your chosen garments. Size of artwork is shown approximately and will vary between sizes e.g., appear larger on a size S and smaller on a size XL.

You can then confirm or request changes to colour, size or garment. On approval we cannot make changes as the screen will be exposed and the garments ordered.

Do you offer colour matching?

We can mix custom colours however, not to match pantones as everything we do is by hand. We will match colour as closely as possible and you will receive a mockup before printing. On large orders requiring an exact colour we can send you a swatch of colour options to choose from however, this will extend printing time.

Vector files: ai, PDF, EPS, SVG with all fonts converted to outlines.

JPEGs and PNGs are accepted but please contact us to check it is high res enough for our printing process.

How much is printing?

We offer 10% off your first order and a free tote bag! There will then be no screen cost for repeat jobs of the same artwork.

Our minimum job size is 50 garments of any kind, so you can mix and match, for example 25 tees and 25 totes.

Can I use my own garments?

Yes, but we need measurements of the garments beforehand to ensure artwork and screens are created to the correct size.

Garment quality varies hugely which can affect print quality therefore, garments from brands or suppliers we are not familiar with cannot be guaranteed by us.

We can only guarantee garment quality from our tried and tested suppliers and brands. The majority of our jobs opt for organic, ethical and climate neutral garments from Earth Positive.โ€‹

How much is shipping?

UK 24hr shipping is approx. £10 per box, roughly 50 standard tees.

Shipping costs outside the UK can be calculated when we have all the details of your job.

We currently do not ship to the US.

How does payment work?

We require 50% payment before starting the job to cover garment, ink and screen cost and labour. The remaining 50% is required on completion before shipping. We will send you a photo of your garments printed and stacked or boxed before shipping or collection.

We accept BACS or cash on collection.
