About Us

We’re Kitty and Jade - skaters, makers, and the team behind Double Threat Prints. Our screen printing studio grew out of Double Threat Skates, the skate shop Kitty opened back in 2013.
The print house started as a side project to grow the merch range at Double Threat Skates - to experiment with styles, colours, and smaller batch runs. That’s when Jade rolled up her sleeves, built a screen printing setup (including an exposure unit made from scratch!) in just a month, and started sourcing inks and garment suppliers.
Fast forward two years, and we’ve created a merch line of over 50 garment styles and designs for Double Threat Skates.
We’ve since taken on collaborations with small businesses, creatives, and collectives, and even printed 600 shirts for the 2025 Roller Derby World Cup in Innsbruck, shipping them all the way to Austria.
What makes us different? We grew this studio out of a real need for creative, flexible merch in our own community. We know the value of smaller runs, bold designs, and prints that customers love. Our approach isn’t just “print and ship” - we want to collaborate.
